A central London basement kitchen with level pipework that couldn't be modified — and combi ovens that kept flooding internally, resulting in oven breakdowns. The fix came out of our fabrication shop.

A central London pub kitchen too tight for side-by-side combis, with a service routine that meant two engineers and a kitchen shutdown every visit. The answer came out of our fabrication shop.
